A visual identity was required for the launch of Swinburne University of Technology’s five 2025 Horizon values, designed to bring the new framework to life across both physical and digital touchpoints.
The university’s identity was strategically scaled for a major launch event, maintaining the integrity of the existing Swinburne style guide while exploring new creative scope.
The extension delivered a unified visual experience across a range of collateral and merchandise, including posters, postcards, badges, lanyards, presentations, flyers, catering materials, and a digital toolkit featuring screensavers and web graphics.
The visual system brings form to five core pillars; One Swinburne, Future-focused, Engaged, Empowered, and Accountable.
Each value was supported by a unique icon, utilising Swinburne’s signature colour palette. The result was a unified visual system that could be applied consistently across all applications.
Futurism, innovation, and technology drive the visual language of this project. The illustrative system allows for flexible application, delivering a distinct graphic for each value while maintaining a consistent stylistic thread across the full suite.
